By using Inclusive Programs Guide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms as the guide changes, and the updated version will apply after it is posted.

The guide is intended for adults, parents, caregivers, providers, educators, and community members who want to find public source links for inclusive activities, adaptive programs, camps, swim lessons, sensory-friendly activities, parent resources, and related non-medical supports.

Your use of the site is also described by our Privacy Policy.

Public browsing does not require an account. Admin and review tools are private and may require authentication.

If you are under 18, use the guide with a parent, guardian, caregiver, teacher, or other trusted adult.

Listings are built from public sources, provider-submitted updates, source checks, and review notes. Information may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, duplicated, miscategorized, or different from what a provider currently offers.

Before enrolling, visiting, paying, or sharing personal details, families should contact the provider directly to confirm openings, eligibility, accommodations, support model, staff preparation, supervision, safety policies, cost, schedule, cancellation rules, location, parking, transportation, and whether the program fits the participant's needs.

Maps, phone numbers, emails, registration links, calendars, costs, age ranges, and accessibility details can change quickly. Treat them as helpful leads, not final confirmation.

Human review, public-source checks, Google Places checks, and tool-assisted research can improve directory quality, but none of those checks is a guarantee that a listing is complete, current, safe, available, or appropriate for a specific family.

The site does not provide medical, therapy, legal, educational, safety, care-coordination, placement, insurance, or financial advice. Use of the site does not create a provider-client, care-coordination, advisor, fiduciary, or professional relationship.

The site is not for emergencies, crisis support, abuse reporting, medical decisions, safety planning, eligibility decisions, or determining whether a specific provider can safely support a participant. Contact qualified professionals, emergency services, schools, agencies, or providers directly when needed.

Inclusive Programs Guide is not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider, health plan, school, therapist, legal service, or public agency. Do not submit information expecting medical-record, school-record, therapy-record, or legal-client handling.

We do not endorse, rank, recommend, certify, screen, evaluate quality, guarantee safety, confirm credentials, verify staff training, or determine suitability of any provider, program, activity, accommodation, listing, source, or advertisement.

Source-backed means we found public information that supports the listing. It does not mean the provider is better, safer, more inclusive, currently available, or appropriate for a specific family.

Category labels such as adaptive swim, sensory-friendly activities, adaptive sports, parent support, or inclusion programs are search labels based on available sources. They are not a promise that every staff member, location, class, event, or date can support a participant's specific needs.

Families, providers, and community members may suggest programs, report outdated information, send feedback, or request factual updates. Submitting information does not create listing ownership, editing rights, provider-account access, priority placement, endorsement, or a requirement that we publish a change.

By submitting information, you confirm that you have the right to send it, that it is not confidential, and that it does not contain sensitive child or family information. You give Inclusive Programs Guide permission to review, edit, store, summarize, and publish factual directory information and source links for directory purposes.

We may decline, edit, remove, combine, or delay submissions if they cannot be verified, include private details, create legal or safety concerns, sound promotional, conflict with public sources, or do not fit the directory scope.

If you submit information on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Provider update requests are review requests, not ownership claims.

We may use human review and tool-assisted research to check public sources, but those tools can make mistakes. We keep final directory decisions tied to public-source support and may change listings when better information appears.

You can ask us to review a listing if public information is incorrect, outdated, private, broken, misleading, or no longer supported by the source. We may ask for a public source link or enough context to verify the request.

We may edit, hide, combine, noindex, or remove listings when we believe it improves accuracy, protects privacy, avoids confusion, or keeps the directory within scope. We are not required to publish every program or keep every listing live.

Do not submit child names, dates of birth, school names, diagnoses, therapy history, medical history, insurance details, IEP details, photos, or other private information. Forms are for public source links, factual corrections, contact details, and general feedback.

If sensitive information is submitted, we may delete it, redact it, ignore it, or keep only the minimum record needed for abuse prevention, legal, or review-history reasons.

The site may show third-party display ads, Google AdSense ads, or sponsored placements. Ads and sponsored placements are kept separate from source checks and do not change whether a listing is source-backed.

Third-party websites, maps, registration pages, source pages, advertisers, and providers are not controlled by Inclusive Programs Guide. Their information, prices, forms, privacy practices, terms, availability, and accessibility may change without notice.

Any registration, payment, donation, purchase, intake form, waiver, or communication with a provider or advertiser is between you and that third party. Inclusive Programs Guide does not process provider enrollments, provider payments, or provider refunds.

If an ad appears inappropriate, confusing, or too close to directory content, you can report it with the page URL and a screenshot or description so we can review available ad controls.

Provider names, organization names, program names, city names, agency names, and source titles may appear so families can identify public programs and source links. Unless we clearly say otherwise, a listing does not mean the provider sponsors, endorses, partners with, or is affiliated with Inclusive Programs Guide.

If you believe a name, description, source link, or other listing detail creates confusion or infringes rights, contact us so we can review it.

Providers, venues, agencies, schools, camps, swim schools, recreation departments, and other third parties are responsible for their own programs, staff, facilities, registration forms, waivers, pricing, privacy practices, accessibility obligations, safety rules, licensing, credentials, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.

Inclusive Programs Guide does not supervise providers, inspect facilities, check staff backgrounds, verify credentials, verify insurance, approve accommodations, or decide whether a provider can safely support a participant.

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes not using the site to:

• submit false, misleading, promotional, private, unlawful, or harmful information;
• impersonate a provider, family member, organization, or site operator;
• collect, scrape, copy, resell, republish, or bulk-download the directory or listing database without permission;
• send spam, probes, malware, automated form submissions, or traffic meant to overload the service;
• generate artificial ad impressions, click ads to support the site, encourage others to click ads, or manipulate ad systems;
• reverse engineer, bypass security controls, bypass rate limits, or interfere with normal operation;
• use the guide in a way that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.

Ordinary search-engine crawling, indexing, and preview generation are allowed when they respect robots.txt, noindex signals, rate limits, and other standard access controls.

The Inclusive Programs Guide design, text, organization, directories, listing summaries, review language, and other site content are protected by intellectual property rights where applicable.

You may use the site for personal, family, provider, school, community, professional-reference, or non-commercial research. You may share public links to the guide. You may not copy or rebuild substantial parts of the directory, remove attribution, or use the content to create a competing bulk directory without written permission.

Search engines, accessibility tools, AI answer engines, browsers, and social-preview tools may use public pages according to normal web standards, robots.txt, noindex signals, and applicable terms. Bulk extraction for resale, spam, lead harvesting, or competing directory creation is not permitted.

We want the guide to be usable by families and visitors with different access needs. If a page, form, map, button, saved-list feature, or share tool is hard to use with a keyboard, screen reader, mobile device, or assistive technology, please tell us.

Accessibility feedback helps us fix the guide, but it does not mean a listed third-party provider, venue, event, or website is accessible. Confirm provider accessibility directly before visiting.

We may add, edit, remove, hide, noindex, reorganize, or stop publishing any listing, page, feature, ad unit, source, or category at any time. We may also limit or block access when needed to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, current, or complete.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inclusive Programs Guide disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inclusive Programs Guide and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to provider actions, enrollment decisions, third-party websites, ads, inaccurate listings, unavailable programs, safety issues, or use of information found through the guide.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the limits above may not apply to you. In those cases, the limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

Nothing in these terms is meant to limit rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights under laws that apply to you.

If your misuse of the site, your submission, or your violation of these terms causes a claim, loss, investigation, technical issue, or legal demand, you are responsible for the consequences to the extent allowed by law.

This section is meant to cover misuse, false submissions, spam, scraping, rights violations, impersonation, security abuse, and other conduct outside normal family, provider, or community use of the guide.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Many issues with directory pages can be fixed faster through a correction request than through a formal dispute.

To the extent allowed by law, these terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute must be handled in court, the parties agree to the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
