Privacy policy

Inclusive Programs Guide collects only the information needed to operate the directory, review submitted updates, protect the service, and understand how the site is used.

Public forms may collect the submitter's name, email, role, organization, website or source link, and submitted update text so requests can be reviewed. Please do not include child names, diagnoses, school names, dates of birth, photos, therapy history, medical history, or other sensitive child information.

We may use operational logs, rate limits, analytics, and spam-prevention signals to protect the service, measure usage, fix errors, and improve directory quality.

Listing pages may show an embedded Google Maps preview when we have a public street address. Area-only listings ask before loading a map. Opening a map or directions may send the listing location query to Google Maps.

Public listing information is based on public sources and provider-submitted updates. If you believe information should be corrected or removed, use the report or provider update forms so it can be reviewed.

We may update this policy as the beta expands, especially when new production services such as email, analytics, advertising, or provider workflows are configured.
